1. Authorization and Consent
The Model hereby grants Serene Skin Club the irrevocable right and permission to photograph, film, or otherwise capture their likeness, voice, and performance (the “Media”) for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes.
2. Scope of Use
The Model agrees that the Media may be used in:
Printed materials (e.g., brochures, flyers)
Digital formats (e.g., websites, social media, online ads)
Audio-visual presentations (e.g., commercials, training videos)
Other marketing and promotional activities as deemed appropriate by the Company
3. No Compensation
The Model agrees they will receive no monetary compensation for the use of the Media. This includes any future royalties or additional compensation.
4. Ownership
The Company retains full ownership of the Media and may edit, alter, or modify the content without the Model's approval.
5. Release of Liability
The Model releases the Company and its representatives from all claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the Media’s use.
6. Model’s Representations
The Model represents that they:
Are at least 18 years old, or have a legal guardian sign on their behalf.
Have no conflicting agreements with third parties that would restrict their participation in this Agreement.
7. Termination and Revocation
This release is irrevocable once signed, and the Model waives the right to withdraw consent.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of NY.
