What's the difference between a membership and a package?
A membership is a monthly plan with a facial credit every month. A package is a one-time purchase of 5 or 10 Signature Facials that you can use whenever you like.
What is the Serene Wallet?
A prepaid balance on your client account. Load it once, and each visit is deducted automatically. Use it on facials, laser and add-ons. It can't be used for injectables, permanent makeup or lashes, and a student facial can be paid from your Wallet one time.
Can I use my member discount on specials?
Member upgrade discounts apply to original prices only, so specials and already-discounted services can't be booked as a discounted upgrade.
Which facials can I use my credit on?
Any facial up to your plan's value: up to $150 on Essential Skin and up to $200 on Advanced Skin. For a pricier treatment, just pay the difference.
What happens if I miss a month?
Your unused credit rolls over for one month, so you can double up next time.
Is there a commitment?
No. Memberships are month to month with no minimum, and packages have no commitment either.
