Who will do my facial?
Always a New York–licensed esthetician. Together, our team brings nearly 30 years of hands-on experience.
It's my first time. Which facial should I book?
We recommend starting with a Classic Facial (from $150) or a Hydrafacial (from $199). Your esthetician will get to know your skin during that first visit and build a plan with you from there.
How do the activities work?
Floral arranging is included with every Friday booking. Tote bag decor needs an extra 15–30 minutes, and jewelry making is available most days. Choose yours when you book online. If you'd like us to make something special for someone, just text us.
What is the Serene Wallet?
A prepaid balance on your client account. Load it once, use it on any service, and each visit is simply deducted from your balance, so checkout is quick and easy.
What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the service, and no-shows are charged in full. Full details are in our Refund + Cancellation policy.
