Glacial® fx questions
What does Glacial® fx feel like?
Most clients describe a cool, soothing sensation, like a refreshing breeze on the skin. It's gentle and comfortable, nothing like laser or heat-based treatments.
Is it good for rosacea and melasma?
Yes. It directly addresses inflammation, a root driver of both rosacea and melasma. Many clients see meaningful improvement after one to three sessions.
Is there downtime?
Minimal to none. You may notice a temporary flush that quickly settles into a healthy glow, and most clients return to their day right away.
How long does it take?
Glacial® Glide is as quick as 10 minutes, and Glacial® Gloss takes about 60 minutes.
Can it be combined with other treatments?
Absolutely, it's one of its biggest strengths. Glide pairs beautifully with facials, microneedling, lasers and injectables to calm post-treatment redness.
How often should I get it?
Most clients see the best results with a series, typically every 4–8 weeks. Your esthetician will recommend a schedule for your skin and goals.
What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the service, and no-shows are charged in full. Full details are in our Refund + Cancellation policy.
