Healing + aftercare

Help it heal beautifully

Brows look bolder at first and soften as they heal. Your artist will send you home with full aftercare instructions.

  • Keep the area clean and dry while it heals.
  • Skip makeup on the treated area until it's healed.
  • Avoid heavy sweating, saunas, pools and direct sun for the first couple of weeks.
  • Let any flaking fall off naturally. No picking or scratching.

Permanent makeup questions

Is permanent makeup actually permanent?

It's semi-permanent. Pigment fades gradually over time, so you can refresh your shape and color with a touch-up whenever you're ready.

Does it hurt?

Most clients describe it as mild discomfort. We'll walk you through comfort options at your consultation and take breaks whenever you need.

Is a touch-up included?

Microblading touch-ups within one year of your appointment are $100. Your artist will let you know when it's time.

Why do I need a consultation first?

Consultations are free. It's where we map your shape, choose your color and make sure the treatment is right for your skin, so there are no surprises on the day.

What will my brows look like right after?

Bolder and darker than the final result. They soften and settle as they heal over the following weeks.

What's your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the service, and no-shows are charged in full. Full details are in our Refund + Cancellation policy.
