Package questions
How does the bundle discount work?
Add 3 treatments and save 5% on your package. Add 4 or more and save 10%. Two of the same facial count as 2 treatments, and each laser area counts as 1, however many sessions. Laser sessions get our 3- and 6-session package prices automatically, which are already discounted, so bundle savings apply to everything else. Bundle savings can't be combined with other offers.
How do I book my package?
Tap "Text us my package" and your picks are sent to us in a text. Our team will schedule each treatment at the right time before your date. You can also book online and mention your package at check-in.
When should I start?
If you'd like laser, start about 3 months before so you can fit in a full series. Facials, lashes and massage only need 1 to 2 weeks.
Can I book for my bridal party?
Yes. Text us how many people and your date, and we'll help plan visits for your group.
Is there any downtime?
Our facials are no-downtime picks for events. Laser can leave slight redness for a few hours, which is why we finish it at least 2 weeks before your day.
Can I change my package later?
Of course. Just text us and we'll adjust your treatments or timing.
What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the service, and no-shows are charged in full. Full details are in our Refund + Cancellation policy.
