2. Service Refunds
Service Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with a service you received, please notify us before you leave the spa. We will make every effort to address your concerns immediately. If a resolution cannot be reached, we may offer a complimentary service of equal value or issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Service Not Rendered: If we are unable to provide a scheduled service due to our error or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a rescheduled appointment or a full refund.
3. Product Refunds
Eligibility: Products purchased at Serene Skin Club are eligible for a refund if they are returned unused, in their original packaging, and with the original receipt within 14 days of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as opened skincare products, gift cards, and promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
4. Packages and Memberships
Packages: Refunds for pre-paid service packages will be prorated based on the number of used services and any applicable discounts.
Memberships: Membership fees are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made in cases of medical conditions or relocation, at the management's discretion.
5. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards may be transferred to another person or used for services and products at Serene Skin Club.
6. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Deposits will not be refunded.
No-Shows: No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
